Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty – Barq Automation
This Warranty covers your Barq Automation products from defects in material or workmanship for a specified period mentioned on individual products, from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”) as evidenced by the sales receipt from an authorized reseller showing the date of purchase.
- Primary Warranty - 1 year
- Extended Warranty - 2 year
- The item can be replaced without any restriction in the primary warranty period
- The item can be replaced within the extended warranty period with applicable product service charge
- There will be no service charge applicable on the primary warranty period of 1 year
- Enjoy peace of mind with our extended warranty, available at a minimal service charge based on your product's specifications.
- The installation charges are applicabe if you require within the warranty period
- For E-commerce purchases customers are only entitled for primary warranty i.e 1 year and the items can be only replaced once within the warranty period.
- This Warranty does not cover loss or damages resulting from unauthorized adaptations, adjustments, tampering, or improper installation of the product.
- Accidental, physical, water damages, and damages due to high voltage burnouts are not covered under this Warranty.
- This Warranty applies to the original retail purchaser, provided that the product is purchased as a new Barq Automation product.
- Damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under this Warranty.
- The Warranty is also subject to additional conditions such as:
- Installation of products on a dimmer switch or circuit
- Acts of God (fires, floods, tornadoes, etc.)
- Abnormal voltage and other physical damages
- Inappropriate transportation after purchase
- Failure to comply with instructions in the user manual
- Service fee can vary in 2nd and 3rd year of extended warranty
- This Warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from normal wear and tear. Some normal variation in color and fading may occur over the product's lifetime and are not considered defects.
- Commercial use of the products is excluded from this Warranty.
Within the Warranty Period, at Barq Automation’s sole discretion, we will:
- (1) Repair the defective product at no charge
- (2) Exchange the defective product (with a new or refurbished product)
- (3) Provide a refund according to Barq Automation’s return policy
When a product is exchanged, the replaced product becomes Barq Automation’s property.
Except as expressly stated herein or where prohibited by law, Barq Automation expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness, or safety for a particular purpose. The maximum liability shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Barq Automation, its directors, officers, employees, or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages originating from the sale of the product.
The original purchaser must provide the original sales receipt to submit a claim under this Warranty. This Warranty is non-transferable and limited to the original purchaser.
Notice: No dealer, retailer, agent, or employee is authorized to modify or extend the terms and conditions of this Warranty Certificate.
The Warranty does not affect your legal rights under statutory provisions.
Process to Claim Warranty

After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service Team will decide appropriately. If a replacement is authorized, the customer will be responsible for sending the defective/damaged product to the service center, with charges borne by the customer. Authorization does not guarantee exchange; it will be issued upon receipt of the return package. All products sent back must include all components, manuals, registration cards, and original undamaged packaging.
